Kyra helps teams run daily operations with clear accountability. It captures approved activity telemetry, calculates assignment progress, tracks scheduled shifts, and surfaces management actions through alerts, reports, and audit-ready history.
Workspace owners configure governance and permissions. Managers handle assignments, LOA reviews, and member operations. Members get a focused view of their own requirements, performance context, and approved notifications.
Roblox telemetry is sent through a one-script server integration. Developers can extend tracking safely with custom fields using workspace allow-lists and secure ingest controls.
Kyra uses Roblox OAuth for account sign-in, workspace-scoped permissions for access control, and dedicated ingest tokens for Roblox server telemetry. Optional controls include timestamp and nonce replay protection, group/rank validation, and payload filtering.
Kyra stores operational metrics required for workspace functionality, such as sessions, assignment state, shift attendance, and leave workflows. It does not store raw player chat logs. Users can submit data deletion requests in profile settings, and those requests are processed through admin review workflows.
