Terms of Service
Effective date: February 17, 2026 (Version 2026-02-17-v4)
1. Acceptance and Scope
By accessing or using Kyra, you agree to these Terms. Kyra is an operations and activity-management platform for Roblox group teams, including assignments, sessions, shifts, LOA workflows, analytics, and role-based access controls.
2. Workspace Authority
You may only connect groups, users, and data that you are authorized to manage. If you create or administer a workspace, you are responsible for your workspace configuration, role mapping, invite policy, and operational decisions made from Kyra data.
3. Accounts, Keys, and Security
You are responsible for securing your login session, owner registration keys, API keys, and ingest tokens. If you suspect compromise, rotate tokens immediately and revoke affected access links.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Kyra to violate law, Roblox rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or to abuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access attempts, spam, malicious event ingestion, or attempts to bypass security checks.
5. Service Nature
Kyra provides workflow tooling and analytics support. Kyra does not make employment decisions, promotion decisions, moderation decisions, or legal judgments for you. You remain responsible for your own management outcomes.
6. Roblox Integrations and Data Input
You control what Roblox data is sent to Kyra by your scripts and workspace settings. You represent that your configured data collection and processing is authorized and lawful in your jurisdiction.
7. Data Non-Disclosure Commitment
Kyra follows a strict no-disclosure policy: Kyra does not sell, rent, trade, share, transfer, or hand out workspace/user data to anyone outside Kyra operations.
8. Availability and Maintenance
Kyra may change, improve, pause, or remove features over time. Planned and unplanned outages can occur. We may apply updates for security, reliability, and product quality without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Kyra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for every workflow.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyra and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Suspension and Termination
Accounts or workspaces may be restricted or removed for abuse, security threats, legal risk, or serious violations of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When versions change, users may be required to re-accept before continuing to use protected Kyra features.
13. Copyright and DMCA
If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice through the process in the DMCA policy on this page.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 17, 2026 (Version 2026-02-17-v4)
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains what Kyra collects, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and what controls workspace owners and users have.
2. Data We Collect
Kyra processes account and workspace data such as Roblox user ID, username/display name, avatar URL, role/rank context, session timing, assignment and LOA workflow status, and operational audit metadata.
3. Activity and Telemetry Data
Kyra stores session/activity metrics (for example joins/leaves, minutes, custom event payload fields allowed by workspace settings). Kyra does not store raw chat message content.
4. How Data Is Used
Data is used to deliver workspace features such as assignments, shifts, LOA review, dashboards, recommendations, security monitoring, notifications, exports, and operational auditing.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
Kyra does not sell, rent, trade, share, transfer, disclose, or provide user/workspace data to any external third party, organization, platform, advertiser, broker, or authority. Data stays inside Kyra systems only and is not handed out to anyone outside Kyra operations.
6. Security Controls
Kyra uses authentication sessions, scoped role permissions, ingest token controls, timestamp/nonce protections, and rate limits. Workspace owners remain responsible for secure key handling and correct deployment.
7. Retention and Deletion
Kyra supports workspace-level data retention settings for activity logs and related records. Users may submit account data deletion requests from their privacy controls; admins can review and process those requests.
8. User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data. Requests can be submitted through Kyra privacy request workflows.
9. Copyright Claims
Copyright-related notices are handled under our DMCA process on this same legal center page.
